Goro had stood triumphant over the defeated Kung Lao of old and looked upon his unconscious figure that he shadowed over.

Goro: "You were a fool to think that you could have defeated me Kung Lao, It was only a matter of mere moments that you would end up in my graps and face a hard & brutal defeat"

Goro then raised all 4 arms up at the night sky and roared in accomplishment.

Goro: "Let all those who know of my name & soon to know of my existence that the Prince of Shokan is not to be trifled with"

Then from behind the shadows Shang Tsung appears.

Shang Tsung: "Excellent! You have done well Prince Goro, You have completed your task in locating the escapey bringing him to his knees . . .just ripped for the taking"

Goro: "I never understood, Why is one soul of importance when you hold over a millennia within you?"

Shang Tsung cocks a brow towards his "right guard" in a curious manner.

Shang Tsung: "It does not matter of how many I hold, One or One Billion all are the same and they belong to me, Besides this one was the one that cost the Emperor and I Earthrealm when he defeated me 500 years ago in Mortal Kombat, Keeping him around is not wise unless the same should happen again"

Goro: "I easily displayed that I can handle him or any other creature from any realm, Non shall pass me!"

Shang Tsung: "Enough prince! The only thing that matters is that in years time when Mortal Kombat begins that your be ready & display your skills there for if you fail me . . .the price will weigh heavy for both of us . . .is this understood"

Goro just nod's as his current master turn to portal back to his island while Goro decides to go his own way. The Prince of Shokan needed time to think & clear his head . . . and what better way then to get some training in than by going to the pits of Outworld to fight all type's of ghoulish creatures!
